I was recently asked what made the JMP Writing Coach unique. The query allowed me to reassess what I’m doing and why.
I believe EVERYONE should be able to access opportunity. I’ve always felt that way possibly due to my complicated, but very full, life story.
I am from everywhere. I know it’s rare to be connected to so many except through life experience, and DNA, I’m linked to almost half the world’s population.
The way I see it, that means everyone is part of my clan, my tribe. I want EVERYONE to have access to opportunity.
That’s why I coach students, professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, migrants and more to improve their skills in writing. Because writing well can open doors; to job interviews and promotions, or give you the confidence to begin a start-up, to speak up in meetings, to share your ideas, to participate more fully in your professional and social life.
If English is your second language, learning to write well can give you a deeper understanding of the language and as your skills develop, can help you to be seen as a leader in your field.
